Process flow for converting raw bamboo to consumable chopsticks.

                                                       

1. Cutting to required length and splitting bamboo into two halves          2. Using machine to shape into square form

 

                                                      

3. Forming wari-bashi chopsticks.                                                                4. Shaving end parts of chopsticks

 

                                                     

5. Drying of chopsticks                                                                                   6. Polishing sticks to make surface smooth
